I would avoid working with Clayton. I moved over to him from an EA i'd used in San Francisco for a few years at the recommendation of a friend who'd used him. Two points: 1. Clay seems very knowledgeable, friendly, etc. I am sure he's a fine EA. However: 2. His customer service and office/business management are non-existent - poor to no response time is the norm for him/them, even outside of what i'd consider normally busy tax-season. These guys are incredibly professional, always under-promising and over-delivering. This is our second year using them. They keep their team educated on the tax laws and catch things my previous accountants missed saving us thousands of dollars. Two thumbs up!
