Honestly, this is the best government service experience I’ve had in the U.S. in the past 2.5 years. I spent no more than 10–15 minutes inside and got everything done. Apparently it's no use to check the website for holiday hours or observed holidays. According to the website they are open on presidents day because it not on the list. When I arrive they are closed. Good job on updating the states website.
