For some reason motor vehicles didn't think I existed however after I spoke to Rose who was exceptionally friendly and courteous and very efficient, I solved my problem.
Fast, attentive, and direct service!
I received a call back from Mikaela and what a pleasure it was speaking with her. She was super nice, helpful, and genuinely seemed happy to help. You could tell just by her tone that she enjoys what she does and actually cares about helping people. Dealing with a government office is not always something you look forward to, but Mikaela made the whole experience easy and pleasant. Great customer service deserves to be recognized, and she definitely deserves the recognition. Thank you, Mikaela!
Clean and organized, Denise was so kind and responsive to all my questions, the process overall was smooth
