After reading the reviews and seeing how conveniently located the agency was, I decided to give them a call to hopefully set up an appointment. After only saying "hello, good afternoon" (in english) the person hung up and when I tried to call back, I was sent to voicemail and I was unable to leave a message because the voicemail was full.
