I hate leaving this review because Fran has done our taxes for years, but she made a pretty big mistake that cost my family 10k. We had multiple w2's to file one year. Turns out she missed filing one of them and we received too much money in return. We questioned the large amount and were told we must have paid in more this year, and we had student loans that gave us rebates.
