Horrible experience and takes forever for them to make any progress on their job. After one week of paying them, they still didn’t realise they need to send the rental property form, until I checked in with them. In their invoice email that asks you to pay, it says 48hrs to complete tax return. When I talked with them over the phone, sometimes they say it takes 2 days to complete, another time 2 weeks. They are not even consistent with their timeline. Highly concerned about their ability to do the actual calculations.
