They will respond to you and will be polite until you file your taxes. As a newcomer I had so many doubts hoping to get answered specially when there is so much delay on receiving my benefits which I still havent received. I was being told to wait but now they wont even bother to respond. I have been trying to text in the past 10 hour window and no response at all. I just want to know when will I receive my benefits and returns which clearly these guys are not helping with.
