AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Do not give these people a dollar. I used them for several years and the rate steadily grew by about 50$ per year, an expected and fair rate of increase. Last year I had a new consultant and asked how much the total cost would be. He replied that he wouldn't know until after he processed our return but didn't expect much change from the previous year as our taxes actually became less complicated.
