Erika and Richard are extremely professional and well prepared. They are the only people I trust to do the taxes for my business. They actually have college degrees and it’s not some random person who took a course online. They have a lot of professional development and experience. Great customer service too!
Ericka has done my taxes and does a very well job I’ve worked with Richard also and both are so invested in making sure my family’s taxes are well done.
This place is a fraud that preys on first time tax payers. They file things incorrectly and leave you paying the fine. Every single person who has ever used their service should file a complaint with the irs and have them investigated.
Incredibly rude and dismissive staff. I wouldn’t recommend their services to anyone who cares about their employees. I would not recommend to any friends or family.
