I have been using Tax MD for years. I trusted them. I dropped off a tax notice and all of our documents months ago along with the required payment. I trusted that Shelly would help us. Our file sat there for months and the tax notice turned into a bill. We still have not been helped! I have expressed my feelings and asked why we waited so long with no help. Nobody bothered to tell me why or to respond to me. There have been many unanswered emails. I opted to pick up my documents and take my business elsewhere.

I have had my taxes prepared here for the first time this year. The place is small but the people are what matter. Very knowledgeable and friendly. All around a good atmosphere, which is difficult when talking about taxes.
