do not wait until you do my taxes to tell me that it is going to take 8-14 business days. your taking the customers money. i could have filed them out at home and waited 14 days by my mailbox. also, when the customer has ideas and suggestions you should listen to them not argue with the customer. i mean its not like we pay your salary or anything. wait, without us you wouldn't even have a job. so, much for rapid refund and kindness from the people at tax matters.
