First time client and had an appt with Darren. Walked in and was greeted by staff. Darren was finishing up with someone but he acknowledged me and apologized. Micheal was helpful and able to assist with getting me started. They seem to work as a team as Micheal was professional and got the ball rolling which I didn't mind while Darren handled business. This is my 2nd Year using Tax Masters and I have been pleased with the services provided and especially the Communication provided. It is a pleasure to be able to talk to a live person that have direct knowledge of your case, in these modern days when it's typical to reach people in foreign countries that have to put you on hold and ask you a billion questions to locate your information. The personal touch is especially satisfying for me!
I highly recommend Tax Master’s located in Jamaica, Queens. Kishema is amazing and worked diligently to help me receive the best refund possible. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable and she has a wonderful demeanor. This was my first experience with Tax Master’s. It was such a great experience that I will continue to use them in the future!
