I can't say enough about Tina of TaxMaster, who went above and beyond to help me get my taxes filed on a rush basis at her busiest time of year so my husband and I could purchase our house. She did so in the friendliest, most professional way possible and answered all my questions clearly and knowledgeably. Highly recommended!
Negligent and arrogant are the right words to describe David Block, the owner of Taxmaster. He messed up my 2021 taxes, and I had to lecture him about what he did wrong after learning the tax codes myself. And yet this arrogant fool refused to fix his blunders. Can't wait to see him in court.
Shortly before 2022 returns were being prepared our previous tax preparer was acquired by Taxmaster. We were assigned a professional to work with and had a brief meeting to go over our upcoming return in February. After many attempts to contact them and no response, we got an email from Taxmaster the second week of April informing us we would need to file an extension with no explanation at all.
