Long story short: I do NOT recommend going here. For me they were unreliable and caused me way more stress than they are worth. Not only that, they're just as expensive as bigger reputable tax places. If you have very simple personal taxes, don't care when it gets finished, and can only speak Spanish then this place may fit your needs. Very unprofessional. I had the misfortune of dealing with them for my last year taxes. Because of their advice, we requested an extension before the IRS. They never told us if that request was approved, so I tried to contact the person who was supposedly takin care of our case. Well, she's never available. She doesn't return any of my multiple calls and nobody else is showing any interest in resolving our case. We have been a customer of tax mart for years but when the i.r.s contacted me and said an error was made on my tax forms so I go bac to tax mart and they wanted me to pay to correct the errors they made. So I contacted the I.R.S and explain what the situation was. And I was informed that Vita (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) is free to all and Vita corrects errors from tax mart from last 3 yrs and received more money from all. So why would you pay Conrad and staff hundreds for what you can get for free.
