After waiting for our refund for 8 weeks we followed up to find they had never filed our return claiming it got stuck in their electronic queue- and was then weeks past the deadline to file. 8 weeks later we followed up again to find they had filed an incorrect form and would cause another delay! Filed in March and to this day don't have my refund! Staff was rude and unapologetic! Go ANYWHERE BUT HERE!
