Awful experience using this business and planning on taking further action. I was recommended here and did an intro call with owner. Then was unable to reach via phone or email for months. Everytime I would get a response there was an excuse or blame on me for something. FACTS: Never received a welcome email on how to file my documents or taxes. I can't tell you how frustrating this process was and I have NEVER left a review on BBB before in 40 years lol
