We hired Mr. Hart to work on our taxes several years ago. I came upon his name in some old paperwork and decided to see if he is still practicing. I CAN NOT believe he hasn't been disbarred yet! He took hundreds of dollars from us and NEVER did a single bit of work. This man is a scam, do not trust him.
Horrible attorney. He never did anything he was supposed to do. I even paid him extra to complete my 2012 taxes and when I called the IRS in 2016, I found out that not only did he never complete my taxes and file them but he never even called them about my tax problems with them. He was supposed to do an offer and compromise for me and he never sent the paperwork to the IRS. DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY. HE SHOULD BE DISBARRED. He never returned my phone calls.
