We have a slightly more complicated situation and wanted Chris' input when we drop off our documents, but Chris was on vacation, so my husband called Chris later on. Whenever my husband called, Chris cut him off and would not listen. We're not happy with it but thought if he's at least filing our taxes, it's fine. Not impressed...called 3 weeks ago to get help with book keeping and taxes 3 weeks ago. The lady that answered the phone cut me off when I was explaining why I was calling them specifically and asked for my name and phone number. End of week still no all back so I called them, someone different answered and told me Chris was on vacation until the 28th. Told me to drop off my tax form and spread sheet??? That's why I was making an appointment i needed help being my first year in business.
