Not impressed...called 3 weeks ago to get help with book keeping and taxes 3 weeks ago. The lady that answered the phone cut me off when I was explaining why I was calling them specifically and asked for my name and phone number. End of week still no all back so I called them, someone different answered and told me Chris was on vacation until the 28th. Told me to drop off my tax form and spread sheet??? That's why I was making an appointment i needed help being my first year in business.

I had a simple question about my taxes and they answered it over the phone without even needing to charge for a consultation. You can tell they're good people. I'll be bringing any tax business to them in the future if things get more complicated for me to need professional preparation.
