Avoid at all cost they do not know how to files taxes at all I first issued 1 every year I have to change my address and it’s always wrong 2 I did my taxes some where else learn that they added taxes statement for North Carolina I have ever live and work in North Carolina wanted direct deposit and always received a check in the mail with my correct address but they all ways file with another address I really don’t understand how that work out the other issue with the direct deposit they always enter it wrong

I checked on my refund with the IRS and the website indicated it was sent to the bank 6/25. However it did not get credited to my account. I called the bank and they said to contact the IRS and get a trace ID #. After spending 45 minutes on hold with the IRS I found out the refund had been canceled. It was canceled because Tax Ladies entered an incorrect account number. Now the IRS has a check set up to cut on 7/8 and be mailed to me. Filed the wrong year property tax without discussing property tax asked for a refund because I did it myself I was told no because I did not catch in soon enough. They obviously did not stand behind their work this time.

I have been going to Tax Ladies for over 10 years now. When I walk through the door I am greeted by name. I get the same preparer every year. Friends and family go here as well. They are straight forward and don’t just punch and approve like many big tax companies. Each return is hand checked and verified by two different people before you sign off on it. I feel that the two other reviews on here are from other tax preparer sources. Shame that people go out of their way to create lies to benefit others. I would recommend goi... read more

Husband has been using them for about 14 years and I have for 7. Really easy process and usually done within a week of our appointment. Very personable and great service. Will continue to use them.
