Beware! Fraudulent company. They’ll add things to your taxes without your consent just for you to be satisfied w the refund & they can take at least $700 for themselves. The IRS has honed in on Kathy the owner & has been auditing selected ppl who filed taxes w her. Once she is notified of your audit situation she does nothing to rectify the situation. These people are not professional at all. They are never open at the posted time and they never answer the phone. My husband has been calling to amend his taxes for months now and even left messages and NEVER get a call back. Honestly, they don't even deserve one star. I don't know who owns this place but not even he/she is EVER around to rectify the situation. So much for customer service...just care about their pockets I guess.
