Was Helpful and arguably knowledgeable during prep. However after my returns got adjusted by the state and I tried to contact for some info and I have either gotten the run around or just no answer. A little info goes a long way, and in the interest of good business maybe some semblance of effort should be put into responding to multiple comms requests from your customers.
