I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. Despite trusting them to manage my tax affairs, they left multiple tasks outstanding, which resulted in thousands of dollars in ATO penalties. I repeatedly explained my limited understanding of tax policies and relied on their guidance, yet their poor communication and lack of proactive service caused serious financial consequences. Would not recommend.
Usually get my tax returns done here each year. Quick service, friendly and helpful staff. Also allow your fees to be deducted from your tax refund
