Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this company! I signed up with them back in 2023. And here we are in mid 2025, and still not resolved! They came up with the lost-cause strategy of offering IRS that i only pay $100, and suggested i borrow it from a friend or family while I'm working and have an income. Later, I found out that this strategy is for those who don't have any income! Once it was rejected (obviously), they said they will "negotiate" a payment plan.
