We are just one victim of this predatory company. After paying this company to handle my Fresh Start Program and thinking they had done it professionally, I find out they filed my State taxes without using my W-2 information. This is information they should have known to request from the state but did not. I got bills from my state totaling over $17,400 for this stupid mistake.
