Everything Lashunda wrote on her review 5years ago is accurate and still relevant Erica disappointed me this year It is very unprofessional to not respond to emails or phone calls If you do not want to work with a client it’s very simple to just say that instead of wasting someone’s time I would not recommend using her services communication is key to running a business

I paid $600 for preparation and $26 for direct deposit and $13 software fees. (Unheard of prices) considering I have pretty straight forward taxes and never owed and don't require a lot of forms.
