Used this company for 3 years and this year it was nothing but problems so many that unfortunately i won’t be back , customer service has gone Waaay down and no clear communication…. I could go on but i won’t bore you all with the details to make a long story short i just simply won’t be returning.
DO NOT USE THIS TAX PREPARER.. here’s why back in 2021 I went to Survalarie Harris to prepare my 1099 Self Employment taxes. She charged $500 for the service which I later discovered from an actual accountant that I OVERPAID. I received a bill from the IRS over $12,000 with taxes that had to be paid immediately on additional income that I didn’t earn.
