We hired this firm, specifically, as a CPA "experienced" with "Real Estate" taxes & strategies, for 2024. This firms services have been subpar and certainly not what I expect from a CPA, who's expertise is "real estate." The list of failures, since hiring this services, are as follows: 1. Payton's responses, since hiring this firm early this year, are always inconsistent and slow. 2. Their voicemail states, "returns calls within 24hrs," which has consistantly proven to be false.
