BIG Fat 0! Deni is the worst! She is not professional and cost way too much! I had her do 5 years of back taxes for me and come to find out the IRS will only go back 3 years. I paid for 5 years to be completed but only 3 could be done....shouldn't she have known this? I honestly expect her to refund me for the 2 years I paid for and the IRS won't even file. She was raided by the IRS and all of the documents have been confiscated. Anyone waiting should contact a new firm to handle the rest of their tax returns.
The Best...even though the IRS did confiscate her records they found NOTHING and all of my stuff was handled. I've been dealing with her since 1990 and have ultimate faith in her knowledge and work.
