While I found them to be more economical than other companies I quickly found out why. When you are inquiring about services they accommodate you and will speak to you on the phone. As soon as you send them a deposit for services you will never get them back on the phone. I needed a quick 10 minute phone call with them last year to answer some basic questions about my return so I could finalize things as I had never used a tax service before.
