I am a tax preparer trying to help someone that they processed returns for. The company moved - has an address that takes you to a storage unit. They filed returns without signatures, never gave out copies or form documents back. They reported income not submitted to them, pushed the bank loan crap and didn't submit all the schedules to the IRS - so clients get audited. You literally can't even call their office. MONICA was completely unprofessional after I messaged her about how I got audited by the IRS after she filed for me (completely online over fb btw, never went into the office to meet her or sign papers) and now that I've been audited I completely cannot get ahold of her or the office. Wish I could include screenshots from her messaging me through Facebook cussing at me before they went no contact.
Had a great laugh with the girls candy, Angie and Monica! They were real professional and very fast. I got my refund in 2 weeks!
