I called regarding a loan, the lady who answered wasn't nice, wouldn't tell me her name. Asked if Shannon/Kevin were there, requested to speak to Shannon,she said no, he don't take calls. Just Logan & I do loans. Wow, you fellas need to get people persons to work where they are friendly. She did not let me finish speaking & hung up. Very rude service.
The woman there are really rude hanging up on my mother and telling her she owes them when she tried to pay it off but being rude and slamming the phone down I would give 0 stars but can't and won't let my mother talk to Kevin if your workers are rude then everyone in there is rude and that is not business it's favoritism to the ones u know and my mother new him for years now there treating her like nothing so if anyone is reading take your business somewhere else before they try to say u owe more than what they told u
So apparently I made years and years of loans..I've never been in the building before but since I made loans I asked for my loan paper and it says I made a $500 loan..FR but it wasn't my signature..and Cathy was holding 4 files..the fuuuck. Some ppl.
