First time homeowner and working from home. Went to tax express to get taxes done by what I thought was a professional. First thing he does is grab my W2's and says I owe. Doesn't ask any other questions, or even ask verifying questions to see what my situation is. I reiterrated the situation saying, no aren't you going to ask if I have any other documents that need to be submitted. He huffed and said what else do I have.
