Do not bother seeking help from this place. They never answer phones or respond to emails. Once they have your money, they completely ignore you and just focus on attracting new clients. Ever since I started getting my taxes done here, I’ve received letters from the CRA asking for proof or extra payment , something that never happened with any other tax service I’ve used. They are unprofessional and don’t respect your time or money. Stay far away from this place.
I usually handle my family's taxes myself, but this year I decided to try Tax Done Right Hamilton, and I'm so pleased with their services. Frank Pirani did our taxes, and he was incredibly professional and thorough. The entire process was smooth and stress-free, and I felt confident that everything was handled correctly.
