Absolutely horrible service. Steer clear. We dropped our business taxes off in the beginning of April and after numerous attempts we finally picked them up today only to find out that they weren’t completed.
Terrible service! My parents have both passed away, 11 months apart. I picked up their income tax returns on March 7 and was told they would be filed immediately. My mothers just finally arrived and it $1200 short of what they said it would be. My dad’s return still hasn’t come and I’ve called many times and was able to get through twice to leave messages but of course, no one called me back. I don’t even know if they filed his. My mom is still waiting for her income tax. Went in the end of April. Still trying to get a hold of them. Call and get answering that has no room for messages. Think I will take this to the media. There are lots of people out there still waiting
What an absolute joke of a business. No one answers the phone or you get sent right to voicemail, never there during posted open hours. I brought my taxes there at the end of April after being recommended by a family friend and SHE NEVER DID THEM, ended up filing a month late after i finally got ahold of someone and sending my husband when they actually decided to show up.
