I took my taxes information in to the tax depot 2 and received no updates, no responses to my emails. They never answer their phone and the voicemail is full constantly. I emailed FIVE times between January and May 2025, and received no responses these emails. I eventually went int the office back in May, just to get their attention. Absolutely horrible service. Steer clear. We dropped our business taxes off in the beginning of April and after numerous attempts we finally picked them up today only to find out that they weren’t completed.

Terrible service! My parents have both passed away, 11 months apart. I picked up their income tax returns on March 7 and was told they would be filed immediately. My mothers just finally arrived and it $1200 short of what they said it would be. My dad’s return still hasn’t come and I’ve called many times and was able to get through twice to leave messages but of course, no one called me back. I don’t even know if they filed his.
