I have been using Tax Depot since Tommy's dad was doing taxes! In November 2024, I spoke with Tommy about scheduling an appointment for this year and booked it through his "new" website. However, when I needed to reschedule, I found that the scheduling website no longer exists. I've been trying to reach Tommy on his cellphone for the past three weeks, but I can't leave a voicemail. Have been going to tax depotsince1990 tried calling to confirm appt for appt March 5th started calling in January no response drove to office tax depot had closed and moved tried calling over 8 times never did receive any response only voice mail. Would think they would have the courtesy to at least respond

Took my tax info to the Tax Depot around the first week of March. The first time I called they said they were "working on it". I never could reach them after that. I went by there today and was told they haven't even started on it. Never been treated so rudely in my life. They threw my documents at me and told me to get my damn taxes done somewhere else. Believe me I will. Never use these idiots.

I don't know whatever body else's problem is I had a very pleasant experience there. Maybe they are the ones with the bad attitude. When you give someone an Attitude, You typically get attitude back. When you're kind to people Oddly enough they are kind back to you.
