Brad is a good salesman but this company is terrible. Said our taxes would be done in two weeks. Requested income info, which was included in our documents, 3 weeks after they had our documentation. Called Keith a month later. No info on our taxes and no return call. Called to request our documents back to file elsewhere. Brenda the receptionist was extremely rude. Everyone here has always been so helpful! Brad had been doing our taxes for YEARS, and Keith has been doing them for the past few years. They definitely know the tax laws and are fairly quick at completing our returns!
