Buyer beware! I have nothing positive to say about working with this company, it has been an all around headache at best. Unresponsive, rude, waste of time and money.
Brad is a good salesman but this company is terrible. Said our taxes would be done in two weeks. Requested income info, which was included in our documents, 3 weeks after they had our documentation. Called Keith a month later. No info on our taxes and no return call. Called to request our documents back to file elsewhere. Brenda the receptionist was extremely rude. When package of documents was received, I checked to make sure everything was there. She said multiple times that everything I gave them was in there. We were mis... read more
