Wasted 4k$ dealing with them. They did nothing other than lie, add up my tax debt and present it me. Extremely difficult to communicate with no answers the phone or emails. They should be investigated and locked up for fraud

Horrible to get in touch with. Had to resend forms multiple times. Still getting letters from the IRS. I’ve been dealing with this crap since March.
Horrible service, this company took my money having me believe they would help my tax situation. They made payment arrangements with the state and never told me about it so I acquired more debts from late fees. They made me promises that I would pay less on repayment of taxes. They charged my card and never made good on there service. My agent Anna Cole was not communicative with me at all you could not reach her and the state treasurer called her several times and couldn't get a hold of her.
