VERY NEGLIGENT. They said I was missing one form and I sent it the same day they asked for it but they never followed up with me and didn’t submit my taxes until the deadline was past. I called 11 days later just to follow up since I never got a call from them and turned out they never sent it because “we have 120 files ahead of you” and they took $130 from me for filing the taxes.
