Staff is very rude
Friendly, helpful staff. Went out of their way to get me the answers I needed.
Lacks knowledge and motivation to help however id assume they don't get paid enough to care too much
My experience here was a good one I've read several other posts that said this place was horrible and that they had a bad attitude in there I'm going to have to disagree with that in life you get back what you give. I guess if you give them attitude they're more than willing to give it back to you
Truly everyones attitudes are bad in there, but have you seen the office they have them cramped into, it's awful... I could not imagine working 40hours in such tight quarters, that alone is a warrant for bad vibes, never the less they should treat THERE EMPLOYERS WITH KINDNESS.
