This is the one of the best government (FL&US) agencies I have reviewed thus far. It's a small hidden location that is efficient and effective. The system is actually to date which is not always the case in these establishments. They send reminders to your phone and email. As well the documents required that you will need to bring with you. Amanda and Tiana are AMAZING!!!! Amanda assisted me with reinstating my license as a walk-in. I forgot my title to register my vehicle. I went to get it and came back and Amanda assisted me again and was super courteous. Her customer service is 10/10!!! Tiana didn’t assist me first hand but she approved me returning twice as a walk-in the same day to ensure I could get all of my affairs completed today. I am greatly appreciate of these ladies and their help. This is the best office in the county.
I went in to renew my concealed carry today and was assisted by Angie. She was absolutely amazing and great to work with. All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. It was a breath of fresh air. I would like to give Angie a five star rating.!
