This location is completely mismanaged. I had a confirmed 3 PM appointment for my CDL license and took time off work to be there, only to find out they never scheduled me properly. Their mistake forced me to miss an additional day of work, which is unacceptable. The reception staff was also rude and dismissive, showing zero professionalism or regard for customers’ time. This was a highly frustrating and costly experience. I do not recommend this location under any circumstances—save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere
Zero Ethics. Rude and Lazy
Parking for large vehicles is extremely difficult. Walked in and waited for reception to finish up with someone in front of us. She asked how she could help and I let her know what was needed. She then asked if we had an appointment, told us it would be a two hour wait without one. We decided to drive home, two hours North and take care of our issue there.
