When I walked in the other day the wait was extremely long just to barely get help. Donna was being very rude, loud and racist towards me while she was somewhat attempting to help and when I asked her to explain the situation to me much better she got really disrespectful, she was rushing me so she doesn’t have to help me! This was really unacceptable and now I’m debating whether I should return to this facility.
I came in with my daughter I am active duty military. I was met by Heather who already had a passive aggressive and not so pleasant attitude about her. At first she tried telling me I could not have a Florida plate because of my insurance. She was trying to not have to actually do the work, then my daughter needed a permit. I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent visit. I came in with my mother to register an out-of-state vehicle, obtain a plate, and update my ID with a new address. We were aware that we needed a police officer to inspect the vehicle but we didn’t have the vehicle with us and had a couple other forms that we thought might work instead.
