My wife and I had our Driver Licenses renewed today. Easy peasy process and our rep at Station 16 = Brandy was calm, kind and compassionate. Very pleased with the entire process!!
Went today around 10 am, was very busy but got in without much of a wait. Met with Elsa I believe was her name. Let me tell you from start to finish she was the nicest most efficient person I've ever dealt with. Every question I had she knew the answer and performed the tasks I needed perfectly. She is an asset to the polk county tag agency. Yall need to keep her around. Thanks yall
