I was in this office a few days ago. I dealt with 3 different departments. Every person acknowledged me, and every person went above and beyond to help me with what I needed. Everyone was so polite. I normally dread trips to offices like this, but I have heard good things about this office. Needless to say, even after spending almost $300 (8 dollars in processing fees) and and hr in this office, I was still in a good mood when I left! Kindness goes a long way!
