Municipal offices always get a bad rap but this office is always very helpful and polite. Every time I've had a question or concern, they have always gone above and beyond to help. If every government office was 1/10th as helpful as this one, people wouldn't be online complaining about them all the time. Kudos to whoever runs this office and their staff. I mean, who actually takes the time to praise a tax collector, right? Well, me. That's who.
