Zero stars. There is no way to pay over the phone. Not even with an automated system. Last year they told me I could pay with the automated phone system and this year they said that was not an option. Make up your mind. Answers very depending on who you talk to. It’s a mess.

Picks up phone while joking with others about Halloween in the background. Does not acknowledge me. When I finally was acknowledged after some time I stated that I was working out of state and would like to make a payment to which I was very rufly replied to, "We dont take payments over the phone." Sad times we live in. No professionalism or civility even from tax funded servants!
