Pathetic. They just hang up on you when you call to make an appointment at a local IRS center. No wonder people don't have faith in "big government". Irritating you can't even get some sort of message or response.
The customer services ZERO service... automated message system and when finally ( after Days , hours trying to reach a person...) then they DON’T know anything, they CAN’T do anything for you and they keeps directing people to call IRS to be “ informed “ Disgraceful and shameless . I changed address with USPS back in September/2020 , with SS office back in September/2020 , Driver license office back in September/2020 and almost every person that mails me billing information and what happens..???
