SCAMMER, SCAM ARTIST, UNPROFESSIONAL, & GHETTO!!! I told my mom to go to Tax Citi U.S.A to file her taxes. Worst mistake I’ve ever made!!! First of all they never disclosed how much it would cost to file her taxes. The tax preparer called her a few hours later with the refund amount and stated the fee is $575 to file one tax year.
