Very polit and well spoken and very knowledgeable. She instilled confidence to us in her ability to handle our situation to the best possible outcome. She explained the situation and it's possibilities clearly and thoroughly. Her rates are reasonable and fair. She is well organized and quite timely in dealing with the IRS for our given situation.
