I asked Taxcare to complete a couple tax forms for my small business. A couple weeks after they confirmed everything was filed, I called CRA to ask about the status after seeing nothing about them on my business's account on CRA's website. CRA confirmed they had no record of receiving the forms. I had already paid Taxcare for they work they said they completed.
