I had gotten my taxes done at the Plano location and since there's no separate website for it, I'm reviewing it here. Might be good for someone, I was not one of them. I had gotten my taxes done from him last year in person and was requested to send all the documents by email which I did. I was waiting for 6 months about my refund and never got it. He has a lot of experience and was probably a great accountant, but that's not the case anymore as he has become quite forgetful. Last year we had to pay $1500+ in penalties because of him and once we approached him about it, he mentioned he will try to get it reduced and give us discounts. When we asked him about it again, he's willing to take no responsibility. You can find plenty of other good accountants. Please stay away
