O was referred to this place by an associate. I wanted him to look over my taxes before i filed them. Left my documents with him never followed up with me, tried to call got no response. So after a few days i went to picup my docs and the were all disorganized. Was not together as they were when i dropped them off. He did not try to assist at all. That told me then that he is not out to help everyone.

This is our second year using Tax Boss Family. Everyone is so friendly, helpful, and accommodating from the front desk with Porscha to Jerome—the Tax Guy!
